Psychoeducation is the practice of using psychological knowledge to educate, empower, and equip people to understand and navigate human behaviour. It is not therapy. It translates applied psychology into tools that a community can actually use.

I work directly with schools. In the UK and internationally, I run The Psychoeducation Studio in partnership with my video production company. In Brazil, I work with schools through Sistema Internacional Integrado Anti-Bullying. I do not take on individual families as therapy clients.

Yes. I am Brazilian and have worked in UK organisations and schools for over a decade. I work in English and Portuguese and move between both contexts daily.
